Our Process

Simple Process To Follow

Enquiry received by our team and in-home consultation booked with our Builder and interior Designer for a mutual time

Review onsite your space and structural elements, discuss vision, budget and goals

Detailed specifications and scope of work proposal for full transparency around inclusions and scope of works

Following formal engagement with Revitalised Spaces, you will work with our design and construct team from start to finish. Our detailed interior design process including full 3D video renderings, materials and colour selection, joinery design and working elevations. Obtaining all plans and permits (including town planning) if required and finalising contract documentation. 

Final fixed price generated and itemised for approval prior to contact signing. As a licensed and registered building practitioner, rest assured knowing all insurances and permits are in place.

Let the transformation begin! We will provide schedule updates and arrange regular site visits throughout the build. 

Enjoy your new home facelift! With our ongoing commitment we provide a 3 month warranty in addition to our structural 6 year warranty period.
